we didn't feel like leaving and will be back, greatly enjoyed the city and hotel. the property was good standard with efficient stuff who assisted us during our check-in and stay provided helpful service and courteous service also. the room we had included a lovely balcony, a mini-fridge, and a safe. the setting was unbeatable, close enough to such as the arsht center, public transport and entertainment, and restaurants and the cruise. besides, the property was 2 km away from american airlines arena.

Our room was luxurious and reasonably large, with a large balcony and an expansive view overlooking a park. The location was ideal, especially being close to a port, which was useful.

Came in Miami to relax and have fun, this neighboring hotel was good base for doing it. The staff was ready to assist, welcoming people. The room was incredible and splendid and offered with a great view, balcony, the master bedroom. Loved this pleasant stay of our three night vacation.

The hotel is fairly clean and has a hip new vibe. The staff is incredibly welcoming and friendly. The room was neat with a comfortable king-sized bed. The location is particularly good and absolutely perfect for my needs. It's an easy walk to Omni International Mall.

Mixed service experience, some staff members were really nice but a few were quite rude. The location had a port nearby which was convenient ⚓.

Check-in is only possible from 4 p.m. Housekeeping employee was so busy on one day that the room wasn't cleaned for all day long. Only towels were changed in the evening and we we had to wait almost 1 hour for it to be done.
